UESL Program, Central Washington University

The University English as a Second Language Program at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington State, is a high quality year-round intensive English program that prepares students for higher education in the US as well as for business or educational settings at home. CWU is state university with 8,000 students. offering 80 undergraduate majors and 30 graduate degrees.


Conditional undergraduate admission to CWU can be arranged through the UESL Program. Students can be fully admitted by completing the highest UESL level and earning the program’s recommendation.. Interesting courses, opportunities to visit undergraduate classes, experienced, professional teachers , and personal attention are all important.

Ellensburg is a safe, friendly university town with many outdoor recreational activities just 90 minutes from the Seattle area. Ellensburg hosts the Jazz in the Valley Festival and the Kittitas County Rodeo and Fair each year.
